Beaumanoir Group is a major player in fashion and lifestyle in France, with six global brands, including Cache Cache, Bréal, Bonobo, La Halle, Morgan, Caroll. It has more than 2,700 sales outlets.
Since June 2024, the Beaumanoir Group has been operating the Boardriders Group’s sportswear and outdoor brands for Western Europe.
In addition to its distribution business, the Group has France’s leading lifestyle marketplace Sarenza.com, and a logistics subsidiary, C-Log with 10 warehouses across Europe.

Challenge

Beaumanoir Group wanted to achieve a 30% reduction of its greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. Its major challenge was managing a broad scope of activity from logistics to resales with numerous brands and platforms. 

The sustainability team gathered data from a wide range of departments and teams, which led to the data being sent in a variety of formats. These then had to be manually streamlined, meaning data collection was time-consuming and tedious.

The sustainability team needed a tool that would centralise and simplify the task, and help ensure the 30% emissions reduction target was met on time by 2030. This came at a time when Groupe Beaumanoir was acquiring new companies and regularly readjusting their emissions baseline.

Solution

With Sweep, Beaumanoir Group is able to consolidate all of its greenhouse gas emissions into a single tool. The platform also enables Beaumanoir’s sustainability team to differentiate emissions by brand, making it easy to identify hotspots of emissions, and focus efforts on making strategic reductions.
